Lack of International Print Shipping

Just a few hours after announcing the store and a snag has appeared. Unfortunately, it seems that orders are currently limited to the United States and Canada. This was a wee bit of a problem as I had intended to select a vendor that could ship internationally. The problem seems to be that in recently partnering exclusively with Mpix, Zenfolio is no longer working with EZPrints who were the option for international sales. This created a bit of a void, one that I missed until a few people let me know about it this evening.

From what I can tell, the Zenfolio people seem well aware that they need a solution for this issue. As well, depending on how confident I am about how quickly things are resolved on that front, I'll be working on a plan B for international shipping and will know more soon. I'll update this particular post with information as I sort things out.

This is one of 187 blog posts on duncandavidson.com. If you care to read more, two posts I recommend are Dear Speakers, a set of thoughts for public speakers that I pulled together in March, 2009 and Tilting at the Windmill, One Last Time, a call to Flickr to include important EXIF and ITPC metadata in the photographs they provide to the public.

Has something changed here? I would really like to hear about your impressions of running the store through Zenfolio, so far.

What he said. I'm curious about the good/bad experiences you've had with the store's operations. Any update? Has business been flowing in fairly stable?

TIA!
